<stepDesc>In 2018, the high resolution NHD was used to replace the existing hydro feature class. Comparisons showed that most of the manually digitized streams from the earlier hydro line feature class were better than the new NHD data, so these were copied into the new line data, replacing the streams in that dataset. Also, Rapid Creek below Rapid City and the Cheyenne River were manually digitized, since none of the existing data matched the photos. The creek and stream polygons were not updated, so they do not match the manually digitized stream centerlines.</stepDesc>
