Description: This dataset contains the USGS 1:24,000 National Hydrology Plus High Resolution (NHDPlus HR) data version 1.0. for Pennington County and the surrounding counties, including a strip about 12 miles wide in Wyoming and Nebraska. Several creeks and streams were locally digitized to better match the available aerial photography. Attributes include the feature name, type, and code from the NHD. All other NHD attributes have been dropped. An "intermittent" field was added and calculated from the feature codes to aid in stream cartography.
